Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Express purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Express account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring the packing slip is included inside to expedite your refund processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
